Katrina Kaif, who is still very close to ex boyfriend Salman Khan and turns to him for advice, has also found a new and reliable friend in Ali Zafar.
Katrina Kaif and Ali Zafar, Kat’s co-star in Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, are apparently very attached to each other and get along very well. They reportedly hit off on the sets of Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and have now taken their friendship beyond the sets.
Katrina Kaif, in an earlier interview, had expressed the difficulties in maintaining friendship in Bollywood. She had said, “It becomes very difficult to have the same set of people around, as you are constantly on the move. Doing a film takes up so much of your time. When you do a film you get involved in it. For the next three months that unit becomes your family and then once the film wraps up, that world ends. Yes, you do make friends, but sometimes that changes as well.”
However, all that seems to have changed. If sources are to be believed, Ali Zafar treats Katrina like his little sister. Ali’s wife is also very fond of Katrina Kaif and looks forward to meeting her all the time.
Ali Zafar had recently thrown a bash to celebrate the success of his film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. He had invited the entire cast and crew of the film and Katrina was of course on the top of the invitee list. Though Katrina Kaif had to leave for Dublin on the same day, she made it a point to attend the party. Ali Zafar, who seemed delighted to have her in the bash even sang a song which he dedicated to the beautiful Katrina. Katrina, on the other hand, returned the gesture with a million dollar smile that kept intact all through the party.
